Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the website aspishop.cc (the "Website") and every purchase made through it. The Website is operated by ASPI ("ASPI", "we", "us"). You can reach us at any time through our official Discord server at discord.gg/aspi, which is our primary support and contact channel.

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you accept them; we ask for that acceptance explicitly, with a checkbox, before the account is created and before every purchase — we never assume it from mere browsing.

We sell to consumers. Nothing in these Terms limits or replaces the rights that consumer-protection law gives you in your country of residence: where any clause of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the law prevails over the clause.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of the agreement between you and ASPI.

ASPI operates an online store for digital content related to video-game modification — primarily tools, license keys and accounts for the FiveM / GTA V modding scene, sourced from third-party providers and resold by us.

Products are delivered electronically, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. Each product page describes what the product is, what it requires, and any known limitations. Please read the product page carefully before buying: what is written there is what we commit to delivering.

ASPI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re/FiveM or any other game publisher or developer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Game modification tools may breach the terms of service of the game or platform on which you use them. Game publishers may take measures against accounts that use such tools — including warnings, suspensions or permanent bans. This is a real and known risk of this product category: it does not depend on us and we cannot prevent it.

By purchasing you acknowledge these specific characteristics of the product category. This acknowledgment does not waive your statutory conformity rights described in section 9: if a product does not work as described on its product page at the moment of delivery, you keep every remedy the law gives you.

The Website and its products are intended exclusively for adults: you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Website.

You can buy as a guest or with a customer account. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your session. Tell us immediately through Discord if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

The information you give us at checkout (name and email address) must be accurate — it is what we use to deliver your purchase and to identify you if you need support or want to exercise your legal rights.

The purchase process is: (1) you add products to your cart and open the checkout; (2) you enter your details, choose a payment method and see the exact total — including any payment-method fee — before paying; (3) you expressly accept these Terms and, for immediate delivery, the withdrawal waiver described in section 9; (4) you pay; (5) we confirm the order and deliver. The contract is concluded when we confirm your payment.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Where VAT or similar taxes apply, the displayed price includes them. Payment-method fees, when they apply, are always shown at checkout before you pay — never added silently.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the affected order before delivery; if you already paid, we will refund the full amount. Product availability, specifications and prices may change, but changes never affect orders already placed.

We accept card and wallet payments processed by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others), cryptocurrency payments processed by NOWPayments, and PayPal transfers. Payment providers are independent companies with their own terms; card data is entered directly with the payment provider and never passes through our servers.

Every payment is verified automatically (amount, currency and authenticity) before delivery. If a payment cannot be verified or is flagged by fraud controls, the order is put on hold and reviewed — contact us on Discord if this happens to you.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us on Discord first: almost every payment issue can be solved directly and much faster than through a bank dispute. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are objectively unfounded (for example, filed after the product was delivered and used) with the delivery evidence we hold, and to restrict future purchases from accounts that abuse the chargeback system. This does not limit your right to dispute genuinely incorrect or unauthorized charges.

Digital content is delivered automatically once payment is confirmed — normally within minutes. You receive it on your order page (the link is emailed to you and, if you have an account, listed under "My orders") and by email.

If part of your order cannot be delivered immediately (for example a stock shortage detected at the moment of delivery), the order is flagged and our team completes it manually as soon as possible. If we cannot complete it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund of the undelivered part — see the Refund Policy.

Keep your order link and delivered keys private. Anyone with access to them can use them.

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16 m) allows the 14-day right of withdrawal to end early — but only if you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins. That is exactly what the checkbox at our checkout does, and we confirm your choice in the order confirmation email.

If you do not complete that waiver, or we fail to deliver, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal in full.

Separately — and always, regardless of any waiver — you have the legal conformity guarantee for digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770): if a product does not work or does not match its description at delivery, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity (for example a replacement key), and if we cannot do that within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a full refund. This right cannot be excluded by contract and nothing on this Website excludes it.

Registered customers can top up a prepaid balance (between €1 and €250 per top-up) and use it to pay for orders, alone or combined with another payment method. The balance is denominated in EUR, is personal, non-transferable and earns no interest.

When you top up, the credit is added to your account immediately; you expressly request that immediate crediting at the moment of the top-up. A top-up that you have not spent can still be refunded: see the Refund Policy.

Every balance movement (top-ups, payments, refunds, adjustments) is recorded in your account's transaction history, which you can check at any time from your dashboard.

You may not use the Website to commit fraud (including paying with stolen payment instruments), attempt to manipulate prices, orders or coupons, probe or attack the security of our systems, scrape the store at abusive rates, or resell access to the Website itself.

We protect the store with automated security systems (including IP-reputation screening and rate limiting). Violations can lead to cancellation of fraudulent orders, restriction of your access, and — where the law requires or allows it — reporting to the competent authorities.

The Website, its design, texts and branding belong to ASPI or its licensors. The products sold are created by third-party providers and remain subject to their own license conditions where applicable. All third-party trademarks, product and company names mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Buying a product gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use it. It does not transfer intellectual-property rights, and it does not allow you to redistribute or resell the delivered keys or credentials commercially unless the product page says otherwise.

We are liable without limitation where the law says liability cannot be limited: for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and for your statutory consumer rights (including the conformity guarantee of section 9).

In all other cases, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for measures that game publishers or platform operators take against your game accounts (section 4), nor for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including outages of third-party services we rely on (payment networks, blockchains, Cloudflare, Discord), internet or power failures, or other force-majeure events — nor for damage caused by your own breach of these Terms. Events beyond our control never reduce your statutory consumer rights: if they prevent us from delivering, the undelivered part is refunded.

Nothing in this section limits any right that mandatory consumer law gives you.

You can stop using the Website at any time. Products already delivered remain yours to use under their license conditions.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious reason: fraud, payment abuse, attacks on our systems or repeated material breach of these Terms. If we close your account for such a reason, orders already delivered are unaffected. If we ever discontinue an account or the service for reasons not attributable to you, we will refund any unused store credit and any paid-but-undelivered order in full.

We never keep money for products we have not delivered: whatever the reason an order cannot be completed, the undelivered part is refunded.

We may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.

Material changes will be announced on the Website (and by email where appropriate) with reasonable advance notice before they take effect. Changes never apply retroactively to orders already placed. If you do not agree with a change, simply stop using the Website — no new obligation is created for you.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the EU, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile.

If you have a complaint, contact us first through our Discord server — we answer quickly and solve almost everything there. If you are not satisfied, you may also address your local consumer-protection authority. We are not currently adhered to any specific consumer-arbitration body.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
